A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, request a return, and follow our Return policy. We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility. You must send a request to orders@rheathea.com within 5 calendar days upon receiving the order., according to the tracking number. Once your request has been approved, a customer service representative will email a Return Merchandise Authorization form. You must fill this form out completely and include in the returned merchandise box. Merchandise must be shipped back within 2 DAYS of receiving approval from a customer service representative. Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department.Item must be:UnusedUnwashedHaving the original tagIn the original packageIn the same condition that you received itNon-defective merchandise:There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests for any orders or back orders must send a written request through messages or email. Orders can be cancelled by the buyer when in the "Newly Placed" Status. Once an Order is in a "Confirmed" status in FashionGo, it has been put into production and can no longer be cancelled. We typically confirm Orders within 1-2 Business Days after the Order is placed. At our discretion, you may cancel your order in a "Confirmed" status but you have to pay 20% cancellation fee. No refunds are processed, but a credit memo may be issued for future orders.
